At Hadleigh  the payment process is very simple, there are no unexpected charges. Our rates are per suite not per person and include breakfast, as well as pre dinner drinks, hor d'oeuvres, and government sales tax.

Here are some other complimentary options for your comfort and well being:

• Personal mini bar - beer, wine, mineral water and mixers.
• Port, chocolates and home baking in each suite.
• Complimentary same day personal laundry service.
• Free wireless broadband service and guest computer.
• Courtesy transport in a very fine Porsche Cayenne to shops, attractions, restaurants etc.

Policies

Payment details
In order to confirm a reservation we require current credit card details (Visa or Mastercard) to guarantee the booking. No deposit is required, nothing is charged to your credit card until the completion of your stay with us.

Check-in and check-out
Christchurch has a busy International airport, arrivals by train or bus also vary widely. We are pleased to offer a flexible check-in and check-out policy. Guests may arrive or depart at any time, very early arrivals may have delayed access to their suite, however are welcome to freshen up, enjoy a beverage and relax. Similarly late departures may store luggage, enjoy the house and garden etc until time to leave. We appreciate guests informing us of approximate arrival times particularly if on an International overnight flight.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served according to your schedule. Some new arrivals feel a little jet lagged and will enjoy a later breakfast while those travelling say on the Tranz Alpine will need to be up breakfasting with the birds! Just let us know before you retire approximately when you would like breakfast.

Cancellations
In the event we are unable to replace a cancelled booking the following applies:

Cancellation within 2 days of arrival date : 100% forfeit of total booking price.

Consideration will be given to extenuating circumstances. Naturally we will endeavour to re-book the suite in the event of a cancellation and, if successful a full refund will be made. We strongly recommend guests take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.

Non Smoking Policy
For the benefit of all our guests, smoking is not permitted inside Hadleigh. Guests who wish to smoke may do so in the garden.
