Hadleigh was irrevocably damaged in the February 22nd 2011Christchurch earthquake.

It is with much regret that Jon & Shirley Warring were unable to save their beautiful Heritage Home. On the13th April Hadleigh was relinquished and demolished under order of Civil Defence.

Our future remains unclear , we have sought temporary refuge in Waikanae, a tranquil coastal town on the West Coast of the North Island. We hope that one day we may return to hosting, but this time in the North Island.We appreciate it is not possible to find another Hadleigh, but maybe there is somewhere that is as warm and welcoming , we will know when we have found that special place .
